The October Dinner Meeting was well attended and we saw 3 new inductees.
Jack Walker, Stuart Littlefield and Hugh Mills were all welcomed into the Henry Leavenworth Chapter of SAR. Hugh Mills (US Army retired LTC) also gave a fascinating talk on his 3-tours of combat in Vietnam. Information was also shared by Compatriot John Shatzel about the upcoming Annual Muster in December (refer to the Calendar for meeting location, date and time). Look for an article on this website in November, offering more detail about that meeting. New this year will be Defender of Freedom awards for sponsored individuals. Looking forward to another great program by John.
